Amy is a paralegal for SBR’s litigation team.  In that capacity, Amy has extensive knowledge and experience in trial presentation, pretrial and trial preparation, and electronic discovery.  She runs the e-presentation of SBR’s clients’ trials in Wisconsin courts, utilizing current technologies for presenting evidence to juries in complex commercial cases, which allows jurors to view and understand the evidence supporting SBR’s clients’ cases more readily. Amy is also experienced in the management and production of large volumes of documents and other information, utilizing electronic technologies to ease the burdens of the discovery process, and assist SBR’s clients in the effective gathering, organizing and production of discovery required by the legal process.

Amy brings more than 10 years of extensive experience.  Prior to joining the firm, Amy worked as a legal clerk in the State of Wisconsin Circuit Courts, which enabled her to establish strong relationships with judges and courtroom staff.  She utilizes her experience and relationships in the courts to assist SBR attorneys and clients through the litigation process.  Amy has attended and been involved in matters ranging from argument in the Wisconsin Supreme Court to complex, commercial trials in the Wisconsin court system.

Amy is active in her community, and in her children’s schools and activities.  She has a strong interest in farming and works with her children to raise farm animals and compete at the local county fair and jackpot shows.  She is also part of the leadership group of her children’s 4-H club.

Amy earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point in 2007.
